Congeniality

Another day,

Semakin kita menyelam ke sesuatu yang kita tidak tahu, maka kita akan semakin tahu tentang hal tersebut. Tetapi, ketika kita merasa sok tahu pada sesuatu yang kita pikir kita tahu, maka kita akan semakin tidak tahu tentang hal tersebut.

Along way to somewhere nowhere (somewhere that I never been there before), make me realized betapa masyarakat Indonesia begitu baik hati, ramah, dan memiliki hati yang sangat lapang.
Mungkin sebagian orang kurang menyadari akan hal tersebut karena yang mereka lihat hanya permukaan luarnya saja seperti kusam, kotor, miskin, kecil, dan tidak berharga.
Padahal, ketika kita merogoh lebih dalam lagi mengenai hal tersebut, maka kita akan mendapatkan mutiara, berlian, intan, dan benda-benda berkilauan lainnya yang membuat kita tersenyum, senang, tertawa-tawa, terpana, dan bahagia pada hal tersebut.

Hal tersebut akan terlihat seperti mutiara atau kotoran tergantung keinginan kita terhadap hal tersebut.
Jika kita ingin hal tersebut seperti mutiara, maka mutiara lah yang akan muncul. Namun ketika kita ingin kotoran yang tampil, maka kotoran lah yang akan tampil.

Well…even sometimes when we want something happen, the real condition happen not based on what we want.

Tapi tidak masalah bagaimana hasil yang terjadi, selama proses/usaha yang kita lakukan telah maksimal (dengan usaha yang terbaik).
Hal ini tidak perlu kita sesali atau keluhkan.
Toh, everything happens for the best reason.

Yakinlah bahwa apa yang kita alami adalah merupakan hal-hal terbaik yang diberikan Tuhan kepada hambanya.

Often, when an event that we used to watch on television come to reality, people still thinking out of reality.

We have to see reality based on reality glasses, not media glasses. Cause media only put some pieces of reality to publish. The reality, that they knew it will interest people to watch. Not based on what really happened in real world.

Hari ini bertemu dengan beberapa orang peminta.
Mengapa mereka harus meminta?
Bukan karena mareka tidak mampu, melainkan mereka tidak mau.

Pemberi dan peminta adalah pilihan.

Pemberi berarti memberikan sesuatu, baik berupa fisik maupun nonfisik kepada penerima. Tentu saja penerima harus ada karena kalau tidak ada, namanya membuang, bukan memberi.

Peminta berarti meminta sesuatu, baik berupa fisik maupun nonfisik. Peminta harus memiliki tujuan yang jelas terhadap objek yang dituju sehingga peminta mendapat sesuatu yang ia minta.


Saya sendiri selalu berusaha untuk menjadi pemberi.
Yaah...karena saya adalah pengguna bank mandiri.

Belum menjadi suatu kebutuhan untuk membagi apa saja yang aku pikirkan dan rasakan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari ke dalam kertas putih ini. Banyak pemikiran yang belum aku tuangkan karena situasi dan kondisi yang belum mendukung. Yeah...you're environment did influence how do you think n' act.

Last night, The Radio Dept. had performed in Bandung.
Secara keseluruhan acaranya bagus, namun jika kita lebih spesifik lagi melihat pada The Radio Dept. nya, performed mereka kurang memuaskan. Mereka hanya membawakan sedikit lagu. For me, it's not The Radio Dept. concert, it's just an event where The Radio Dept. had performed at the last show. Maybe that's what the promoters wanted, but….i don’t really much like it.

Aku melihat, orang-orang yang datang ke acara tersebut, bukan hanya untuk menyaksikan penampilan The Radio Dept., namun banyak juga yang datang hanya untuk “fashion show” or “act of existentialism” mereka dalam dunia hiburan dan sosial yang ada. Mereka datang hanya untuk bertegur-sapa, showing “who are you?”. Ajang untuk saling memamerkan, mempertunjukkan seberapa tinggi derajat yang lo punya dalam dunia ini. They showed it using fashions, cars, gadgets, and all stuffs that have relation with you.

I should have known that the event would be “show” not a concert, based on the name, “Oz Box Show”.

Salut untuk Oz Radio yang berhasil mewujudkan “Oz Box Show”-nya dengan menampilkan The Radio Dept.

Hari demi hari nampaknya berlalu amat cepat. Tak terasa, minggu ini akan sampai di garis sebelah kanan, which is weekend. Sebenarnya, bukan waktunya yang tak terasa, tetapi aktivitas apa yang kita lakukan dalam menjalani waktu tersebut. Mungkin karena sesuatu yang kita jalani biasa-biasa aja sehingga waktu berperan tidak terlalu spesial.

Waktu (yang terdiri dari tanggal, bulan, tahun, jam, menit, detik) bergulir seperti biasa. Waktu itu akan menjadi spesial karena peristiwa yang terjadi pada waktu tersebut. Simbol, lambang, kode (yang aku sendiri juga masih kurang paham dengan perbedaan ketiga kata tersebut) yang tertempel pada waktu, membuat waktu tersebut memiliki kesan tersendiri. Orang senang merayakan tanggal atau mengingat-ingat waktu tertentu karena peristiwa yang mereka alami memiliki kesan.

Nah, yang masih menjadi pertanyaan adalah bagaimana agar waktu-waktu itu terasa selalu spesial/istimewa? Berarti kan waktu tersebut harus dijalani dengan aktivitas yang spesial/istimewa juga. Itukah jawabannya?

Lantas pertanyaan lain muncul. Bagaimana agar aktivitas yang kita lakukan selalu spesial/istimewa? Agar aktivitas spesial ini akan selalu terjadi, tentunya dibutuhkan perencanaan yang matang sehingga apa yang diterapkan sesuai dengan apa yang direncanakan. Betulkah?

Namun dengan kebebasan dan keterbatasan yang manusia miliki, sesuatu yang kita rencanakan tidak selalu dapat diterapkan. Disitulah kita dapat melihat bahwa manusia adalah besar sekaligus kecil. Besar karena manusia diberi kebebasan untuk berkehendak, namun menjadi kecil karena manusia itu di-ciptakan, yang berarti kata pasif dan Tuhanlah yang aktif. Kita harus ikhlas menerima hal yang telah menjadi kehendak-Nya.

Sekarang kita beralih ke hitungan masa depan!

Maksudnya adalah, mari kita tuangkan bayangan apa saja yang akan kita raih dan jalani dalam beberapa hari, bulan, dan tahun yang akan datang. Dengan menuangkan bayangan itu, setidaknya kita telah mengetahui jalan mana yang akan kita tempuh dan memfokuskan pada hal-hal yang ingin kita capai (jika dianalogikan, ini adalah fokus penelitian mengenai ’Aku di Masa Depan’. Hehehe..)

Hal ini nampaknya cukup memeras beberapa kalori yang ada di tubuh kita.

Keinginan untuk merealisasikan kertas-kertas terbuang menjadi buku yang berguna akhirnya terwujud juga. Hari ini, buku tulisan tanganku lahir ke dunia nyata. Selama ini ia hanya berbentuk cairan, tak bisa diraba dan disentuh oleh kedua tanganku, tetapi tergambar rapih di otakku.

Buku tulis yang berisi kata-kata. Huruf per huruf yang dituangkan dari otak dan hati. Pencampuran yang akan selalu terjadi dalam hidup manusia, logika dan perasaan.

Ingin sekali ku melanjutkan celotehan tentang mainan baru ini, namun logika berpikir lain. Lebih baik aku keluar bersama ia yang lebih dulu nyata.
